LaDana Reid

Director of Development

LaDana Reid has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She comes with a wealth of expertise, that includes advocacy, program development, and donor/ funder relations. She has an affinity for serving and working for marginalized communities. She is devoted to raising awareness and funding that supports and empowers our BIPOC girls as well as gender-expansive youth.

Prior to her joining Techbridge Girls, LaDana was a part of the leadership team for a large metro Atlanta independent living program agency. During her tenure there, she created a program that equipped teens and parenting teens that were in the foster care system with the educational and vocational skills they needed to thrive once they transitioned out of foster care. LaDana has also collaborated with various community donors, as well as written and managed several grants that funded multiple programs.

LaDana earned her Master’s in Social Work from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. During her downtime, she enjoys listening to podcasts, trying new restaurants, and exploring the outdoors with her dog Chloe.
