She has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies such as Intel, American Express, Pitney Bowes, and Amgen to design scalable talent strategies in complex environments.

As Chief Human Resources Officer at 8×8, Jeanette leads initiatives in talent management and leadership strategy. She is passionately involved in community efforts that promote engagement and inclusion, and is committed to fostering equity and representation in STEM through her role with Techbridge Girls.

Jeanette holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and degrees from American University. Residing in Houston, Texas, she is also a certified Executive Coach devoted to expanding opportunities for future generations in STEM.
