Chris is an Investment Banker with CODE Advisors, a next-generation investment bank focusing on the intersection of media and technology. Prior to joining CODE Advisors, Chris was a Director at Credit Suisse where he focused on technology-focused merger and acquisitions. His principal responsibilities included sourcing and qualifying potential new clients and transactions, conducting comprehensive company and industry due diligence, performing valuation analysis and executing transactions. He has supplemental experience in numerous financing transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, convertible debt issuances, and bank and high-yield debt financings. Chris earned his Economics, Finance, Real Estate and System Engineering degrees at the University of Pennsylvania.
