Chief Program Officer

The Chief Program Officer (CPO) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving TBG’s programmatic vision, strategic growth, and partnership initiatives to maximize impact, revenue, and reach. The CPO oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of all programs while identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities through effective partnerships and business development. The CPO leads the programs team, develops and manages program budgets, and ensures high-quality program delivery with measurable outcomes. As a key member of the executive team, the CPO collaborates with internal stakeholders, funders, board members, and external partners to advance TBG’s mission and strategic goals.
