Valerie brings her love of learning and her passion for helping girls in under-resourced communities with her to Techbridge Girls. Along with her wealth of experience as an Executive Assistant, Valerie has a B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College and an M.S. in Global and International Education from Drexel University, both in Philadelphia, PA. While studying for her Master’s degree, she completed a research co-op with CDPeace, which worked to re-educate a generation of young people, in Sierra Leone, to resolve their conflicts peacefully.
In her spare time, Valerie enjoys being an amateur photographer and spending time with her husband, bonus son, and 2 cats. She is also slowly writing her first novel.
