Senior Manager, Youth, Education, & Equity

Leah Graniela-Loving, M.A., is a mission-driven educator who believes in the transformative power of young people and community learning. In her current role as Senior Manager of Youth, Education, & Equity, Leah brings an equity lens to Techbridge Girls programming and training, collaboratively developing new ways to mix STEM and critical consciousness. With nearly 20 years of experience in educational non-profits, training, and youth empowerment, she has worked to create innovative programs for young people and adults. As Bay Area Program Director at Generation Citizen, Leah led all Bay Area programs, training teachers and college students to bring political engagement programming to Bay Area middle- and high-school students. As Senior Learning Consultant at La Clínica de La Raza, Leah trained front-line and executive staff in leadership and communication. At Girls Inc. of Alameda County, Leah developed gender responsive and culturally relevant after school curriculum and trained program staff in principles of youth development, Growth Mindset, and more. Leah completed her M.A. in Education with a Concentration in Equity and Social Justice from San Francisco State University in 2017 and holds a B.A. from Wellesley College. She brings mission and heart to her work towards systems change, educational paradigm shift, and community empowerment.
