Kristi is an experienced leader, educator, advocate and philanthropist. She has spearheaded campaigns to provide clean drinking water and enhanced clean air standards to Californians and has worked in the fields of youth development, conservation and workforce development and on public policy campaigns to provide employment skills, outdoor opportunities and outdoor education to youth for the past nineteen years. She has a proven ability to build diverse constituencies as well as grassroots support, demonstrated in her leadership work as Western Region Director of Advancement with the Student Conservation Association, Executive Director of the California Wilderness Coalition, Grants Director at the Sierra Club Foundation, and Regional Director of Women in Community Service. She has served as Board Co-Chair for The Center for Diversity and the Environment, Development Chair on the board of The Bay Area Ridge Trail as well as Board Vice President for Nia House Montessori School in Berkeley, CA. She is currently the Vice-President of Development with Techbridge Girls. Kristi holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College. Kristi enjoys traveling, camping, cooking and cheering for the Oakland A’s and Golden State Warriors. She currently lives in Oakland.
