Karen Hayes is the Partnership Services Manager with the Growth & Partnerships team primarily handling the backend of partnerships, out-of-school time outreach, and team operations.
Karen is a marketing professional with a creative background in nonprofits, corporate customer care management, subsidiary training, and community engagement. Karen made an opportunity to change her career direction to directly impact local communities. She began as a substitute teacher in elementary schools, extensively volunteering with marginalized children in their neighborhoods, then working with Girl Scouts. Having the opportunity to improve access and belonging to high-quality STEM is beyond rewarding.
Karen holds a BA in marketing from St. Bonaventure University, is a Six Sigma Green Belt, with professional development in graphic design and early childhood development.
