It’s electric-- the energy surrounding the new Techbridge program at ACE Charter School! The girls began the year utilizing the Engineering Design Process as they built contraptions using limited resources. They moved on to learning about Electrical Engineering, building and exploring series and parallel snap circuits and identifying various electrical components found in circuits they built. They unraveled the mystery behind a tilt switch lantern, and practiced their soldering skills as they designed and built their own electric game boards. The girls were excited to practice their presentation skills with EMC role models in preparation for their Exhibition Night, where they shared their electric game board process at a community wide event.
