The girls from Madison Middle School got to combine their soldering skills with their creativity as they soldered and designed their own electric game board! After taking apart Operation Game boards to see how the circuit works inside. The girls then soldered a circuit board including LEDs, buzzers and battery cases. The best part was on the final day of the project when the girls spent some time playing each other’s game, the classroom wouldn’t stop buzzing!
2012 will bring more design challenges for the girls at Madison Middle School in addition to learning some beginning computer programming as the girls learn to use Pico Crickets.
