Techbridge Development Manager

The Development Manager will be responsible for grant writing, grant reporting, maintaining the donor database, researching and soliciting new donors, helping launch an individual donor campaign, and assisting with the development of new project ideas. The candidate should possess a strong track record with fundraising, excellent communication and writing skills, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative work environment.

Techbridge is seeking Program Assistants to co-lead a middle school girl-focused science, engineering, and technology after-school program. Working with veteran teachers and a program manager, Program Assistants will provide academic and career assistance to girls in a fun, science and career-focused learning environment.Program Assistants will gain experience working in an after-school program, as well receive training and mentoring from teachers and program staff. Candidates must be students in the East Bay Teacher Pathway Program, or studying to become teachers at East Bay local community colleges and CSU East Bay.
